چکیده

Abstract New, sensitive, rapid, cost-effective, and validated stability-indicating thin layer chromatographic (TLC) method coupled with fluorescence (FL) detection was developed for the quantitative analysis of celecoxib (CEL) amlodipine besylate (AMLO) in their laboratory prepared binary mixture using non-fluorescent TLC silica gel 60 plates. Ethyl acetate: diethylamine: 1-propanol (9:1:0.2, V/V) used as a developing system. The retention factor (R f ) each drug 0.80 ± 0.03 0.44 0.01 CEL AMLO, respectively. plates were excited at 264 nm simultaneous FL measurement calibration curves linear over concentration ranges 30.0–300.0 ng/band 15.0–150.0 mean percentage recoveries 99.80 0.85 0.77 For applied stability studies cited drugs forced degradation products determined when present presence pure so can be considered one it per ICH guidelines proved to accurate precise.

Validated Chromatographic Methods for Simultaneous Determination of Amlodipine Besylate and Perindopril Arginine in Binary Mixtures and in Pharmaceutical Dosage Form

The developed RP-HPLC depends on quantitative chromatographic separation of the studied drugs on a C18 column using phosphate Buffer:acetonitrile (60:40, v/v), pH=4.6 as a mobile phase delivered at constant flow rate of 1 mL.min-1 with UV detection at 210 nm. Calibration curves for Amlodipine besylate and Perindopril Arginine were constructed over the concentration range of 1-50 μg.mL-1 for bot...

Spectrophotometric Estimation of Amlodipine Besylate in Bulk and in Tablet Dosage Form

A simple UV spectrophotometric method for the analysis of Amlodipine Besylate was developed to analyze the drug in bulk and in tablet formulation. In this method the simple UV spectrum of Amlodipine Besylate in aqueous ethanol (30% v/v) was obtained which exhibits absorption maxima (λ max) at 239.40 nm. The Beers law ranges was followed in the concentration range of 5-60 μg/ml. The proposed met...
